The MonoTouch team have released a new update. The key things about this release are: You can now profile your MonoTouch applications using Shark and Instruments. Startup time reduced by 10-15%. Great work!
MonoTouch News - MonoTouch Roadmap added to MonoTouch.Net Website
Originally there was a roadmap and then at some point it disappeared (although you could still find it via google cache). It looks like the roadmap was added to the MonoTouch.Net wiki on the 25th of Feb and I like what I'm reading :) It gives some idea of when we may start to see Silverlight/Moonlight with MonoTouch and when MonoDroid may start making an appearance. Looking forward to it. I think being able to build the UI in Silverlight and re-use across MonoDroid, MonoTouch etc will be a great selling ...
MonoTouch News - Mix10 iPhone App is coming!
In just over two weeks from now, Mix 10 will be kicking off at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and no doubt there will be a lot of interesting content with Silverlight 4, VS2010 and Windows Phone 7 Series all around the corner. iPhone News - Apple upped its App Store over-the-air download limits
Although Apple's just-released iTunes Connect guide for App Store developers (version 5.3) reminds them that over-the-air downloads for app purchases are still limited to 10MB, users are reporting that Apple may have quietly changed this policy. As the screen shot here (sourced from Italian website AllMobileWorld) shows, the standard 10MB complaint appears to have been lifted to 20MB.

MonoTouch News - MonoTouch Adds iPad Support
The MonoTouch team have been hard at worked and have added initial support for the iPad shortly after the Apple SDK was updated! Please note to get the latest Apple SDK you need to be a registered developer and have paid to join the program. The MonoTouch version that supports the iPad will only work if you have the Beta SDK installed.
