MonoTouch 1.2 was released today with debugger support as well as other features. If you are a 1.1 user it should show up as an available update which you can download. Get it while it is hot! Great work by the MonoTouch team!

| MonoTouch News - MonoTouch 1.2 Beta 1 Released!
Get it while it's hot! Beta 1 of release 1.2 has just been made available.
Highlights:
Debugger, works on Simulator and Device (using Wifi)
C# binding generator for Objective-C Libraries.
stdout/stderr are now redirected from the device to MonoDevelop.
A preview of the System.Data and SQLite for MonoTouch is now available.

Jonathan Pryor posts an entry highlighting some of the great things coming in release 1.2. He talks about Mono.Data.Sqlite and System.Data and gives an example of how it can be used in release 1.2. These is about the preview and not the actual release (although we await it eagerly :) ) but it is good to know that this support is coming and that it will be built in.
